Review: The person who did my nails was good but I think it was the manager she was really rude as she was rolling her eyes when she looked at my nails also the price was £50 !! Acrylics are usually £27 I wouldn’t have minded £35 but I won’t be returning. The staff are usually nice but today they were not I felt judged and miss treated (edited) I was not told of any changes on pricing I assumed it would have been £35-40 not £50! I wish they had told me prices prior to the service starting also I had 12 gems on my nails . I’m not returning back as I was miss treated and hurt as I was a loyal customerRequested style: Glitter and flower French tips

Review: Design I asked for looked completely different to what i got and was shouted at in the shop! a young girl with glasses did my nails and i asked many times for her to change things and felt she was quite passive aggressive. i told her i didn’t like them at the end and wanted to come back the next day. I went and after they were fixed i assumed i wouldn’t be paying as she knew i wasn’t happy with them, however she proceeded to argue and shout at me across the shop with customers there. She blamed me for my colours and the designs she did when it was down to their products and her skills. i’ve gone here for many years and never been spoken to like that or treated so rudely. the manager came and resolved this and i didn’t have to pay – was a horrible experience

Review: 16.7.22 I booked a pedicure and was seen on time, it was a quiet evening. It was great to see staff relaxing, chatting, laughing and getting pampered with pedicures from Van. 🙂12.7.22 I had my nails done here as I worked nearby , luckily I didn’t attempt to do this during my lunch break. They book appointments which I didn’t realize however they take walk ins when they have availablity, Laurence, pleasant and helpful said it’s a 20 minutes wait, which turned out to be 1 hour. Van came over and asked me to choose my colours, showed her a picture of what I’d like, her response “we don’t have exact colours”, I said closest colours to this would be fine, she came across unfriendly and harsh. I do understand it’s been a long busy day for them but I’ve also had a busy hard day at work and I’ve waited an hour.Van did my nails quickly which was great, she’s got steady hands.

Review: Had my nails done here on the 15th Nov, first set was brilliant and didn’t lift at all. When I came this time they were very busy a week and a half later this happened… my thumb nail lifted and I am now just left with the infill. my other nails are also starting to lift too… on this photo alone my index and ring finger are lifting. I am honestly so disappointed the first set lasted so well, and this set didn’t even last 2 weeks!
